Can I order as a private individual?<\/span><\/summary>

No. Boards & Beans is a wholesaler and supplies exclusively to businesses: resellers, hospitality, gift shops and engraving companies. You order with an approved business account.<\/p><\/details>

How do I create an account and how quickly can I order?<\/span><\/summary>

Register with your company details via the registration page. If you enter a company name, your account is usually approved immediately and you can order right away. Otherwise we review your account manually, usually within one working day.<\/p><\/details>

Why don\u2019t I see any prices on the website?<\/span><\/summary>

Our wholesale prices are visible once you are logged in with an approved business account. All prices are exclusive of VAT.<\/p><\/details>

Is there a minimum order value or minimum quantity?<\/span><\/summary>

A minimum quantity or minimum order value may apply to some products or customer groups. You will see this on the product and during checkout in your account.<\/p><\/details><\/div><\/section>

Can I order a sample first?<\/span><\/summary>

Yes. Our sample package costs \u20ac25 excl. VAT, shipping included. That way you can assess the quality, weight and finish yourself before placing a larger order.<\/p><\/details>

Do I get the sample package refunded when I order?<\/span><\/summary>

If you order as a new customer within 30 days of receipt for at least \u20ac250 excl. VAT, you get the sample package for free: we deduct the amount from your order. Just send us an email after placing your order.<\/p><\/details><\/div><\/section>
