No. Boards & Beans is a wholesaler and supplies exclusively to businesses: resellers, hospitality, gift shops and engraving companies. You order with an approved business account.

Register with your company details via the registration page. If you enter a company name, your account is usually approved immediately and you can order right away. Otherwise we review your account manually, usually within one working day.

Our wholesale prices are visible once you are logged in with an approved business account. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

A minimum quantity or minimum order value may apply to some products or customer groups. You will see this on the product and during checkout in your account.

Yes. Our sample package costs €25 excl. VAT, shipping included. That way you can assess the quality, weight and finish yourself before placing a larger order.

If you order as a new customer within 30 days of receipt for at least €250 excl. VAT, you get the sample package for free: we deduct the amount from your order. Just send us an email after placing your order.

Our shipping costs apply per order. Below are the current rates and indicative delivery times:

Your order usually leaves our warehouse within 5 working days. The stated delivery time is the transit time after dispatch.

Yes. We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France and to many other EU countries, plus the United Kingdom. You will see the available rate at checkout based on your country.

You pay securely with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal or bank transfer. Approved business customers can also pay on account or with Mondu (business, pay in 30 days).

Yes. If you provide a valid VAT identification number from another EU member state that is verifiable in VIES, we invoice as an exempt intra-Community supply with 0% VAT. Without a valid number we charge Dutch VAT.

Yes. We laser-engrave your logo, name or design. Setup costs apply per design, so even a small run is feasible. You receive a digital proof for approval beforehand.

Yes, you can sell the boards under your own name or brand. The legally required information on origin and traceability remains stated.

Our boards are made of solid beech wood and finished food-safe, suitable for serving.

Wash the boards by hand, not in the dishwasher, and oil them regularly with a suitable food-safe oil. That way they last longest.

Wood is a natural product. Differences in colour, grain and structure are part of that, as is slight movement of the wood. Display samples and images are therefore an indication, not an exact specification.

Business orders are final. Returns are only possible after prior consultation and our written consent. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to business customers.

Report visible defects or shortages within five working days of receipt at info@boards-beans.com, with your order number and a photo if possible. We will then find a solution together.
